Yin yoga is a slower paced, meditative form of yoga which aims to promote deep stretching along to promote flexibility, relaxation and emotional well-being.

By completing this payment, registrants agree to these terms and the liability waiver listed below:

In consideration of training, lessons, instruction, leagues, use of facilities, and/or being allowed to participate in any way in tennis and/or athletic sports program, related events and activities, in or at THRIVE THROUGH TENNIS FOUNDATION or SOBECKS TENNIS, LLC DBA CENTER COURT TENNIS CLUB (“Sobecks”) the undersigned acknowledges, understands, appreciates, and agrees that:

1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program(s) is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury and or death does exist; and,
2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Releasees (defined below) or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation and any related injuries or damages; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, personal representatives, next of kin, and any other person claiming by or on behalf of me, hereby release and hold harmless Sobecks and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, partners, lessees, lessors, representatives, owners of premises or facilities, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, (“Releasees”), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, claims, damages, actions, or liabilities, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. If any term, covenant, condition, or provision is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions hereto shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated thereby.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY ENROLLMENT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
